Heated infeed fence for better glue adhesion; fixed feed speed: 29 FPM. -- Equipped with: Premill: (2) 1.5 kW each (12,000 RPM) counter-rotating cutterheads for removing up to 3mm of the panel edge. -- Quick Change: 1.2 kG Teflon coated glue pot: Designed for EVA hot-melt glue; glue pot is a Quick-Change type & can be removed and replaced in less than (1) minute. -- Guillotine Shear: Guillotine shear can rough trim coiled material up to 3 mm in thickness. Pressure rollers section consists of: (1) Large driven roller followed by a smaller one. -- Workstations End Trim: System is a single motor with: (2) Saw blades. Unit is mounted on high precision linear guide rails. -- Top & Bottom Trimmers with: (2) High frequency motors for top & bottom trimming of the panel.
